Advance Community Health

Advance Community Health (formerly Wake Health Services) is the non-profit, Community Health Center in Wake and Franklin Counties with a mission to provide primary care services to uninsured and medically-underserved patients. For more than 40 years, we have been an anchor of quality, compassionate health and dental care for more than 25,000 patients of all ages.

The community-based, patient-driven Health Center provides comprehensive primary healthcare, dental care, nutrition education, behavioral health and a healthcare for the homeless program.
